3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to:

• Create fraudulent accounts.

• Share accounts with others.
• Attempt to manipulate contribution groups or platform features.

4. Identity Verification

To comply with regulatory requirements, White Purse may require identity verification, including:

• Phone verification.
• Email verification.
• BVN verification.
• Government-issued identification.
• Additional compliance checks.

Failure to complete required verification may restrict access to certain services.

5. Contribution Groups

White Purse facilitates contribution groups where members make recurring payments and receive scheduled payouts.

By joining a contribution group:

• You agree to complete all required contributions.
• You acknowledge that payout schedules depend on group rules.
• You understand that leaving a group after joining may not be permitted.

Organizers may manage private groups, but organizers do not hold participant funds.

White Purse facilitates payment collection and payout processing.

6. Savings Services

White Purse may provide savings products and savings management tools.

Savings balances, contributions, and withdrawals may be subject to product-specific rules displayed within the application.

7. Wallet Services

Users may fund their White Purse wallet using approved payment methods.

Wallet balances may be used for:

• Contribution payments.
• Savings deposits.
• Utility bill payments.
• Other supported transactions.

Users are responsible for maintaining sufficient wallet balances for scheduled payments.

8. Fees

White Purse may charge fees for certain services, including:

• Contribution payouts.
• Wallet funding.
• Utility payments.
• Premium platform services.

Applicable fees will be disclosed before transactions are completed.

9. Automatic Payments

Where enabled, White Purse may automatically debit available wallet balances to satisfy scheduled contribution obligations.

Users are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available.

10. Payouts

White Purse makes reasonable efforts to process payouts according to applicable schedules.

Payouts may be delayed due to:

11. Prohibited Activities

Violation may result in account suspension, termination, or reporting to authorities.

12. Suspension and Termination

• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Regulatory obligations require action.
• Platform security is threatened.

13. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, trademarks, content, and intellectual property associated with White Purse remain the property of RVeasy Technologies Ltd or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without authorization.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Purse and RVeasy Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user to White Purse during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless White Purse, RVeasy Technologies Ltd, its employees, officers, partners, and agents from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable laws.

Your use of White Purse is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
